I want to let people know about some upcoming events in Southern MD that may or may not be interesting to the folks who read this blog.
The first is a Fermentation Demonstration put on through the Southern Maryland Agricultural Development Commission next Tuesday, April 19 at 5:30PM at the St Mary’s Agricultural Service Center (26737 Radio Station Way). It promises to be interesting if you are into home-crafting fermented foods. Please register online at www.smadc.com by April 14.
The second is the Leonardtown Earth Day Celebration, running from 12:30 to 4:30PM on Sunday April 17 in the square in Leonardtown. There will be a variety of earth-friendly displays and folks to talk to as well as a boat tour leaving from the wharf, live music, and a moon bounce.
So they’re not specifically pagan events, but they do look interesting. If anyone is thinking about going, most things are more fun with friends.
